Founded in 1985, Architect Davidsson Tarkela is a Helsinki-based architectural firm headquartered in Berlin between 1991 and 1995. At the core of the operations is extensive expertise, close cooperation with the customer and a networked design approach with other experts. aDT offers a wide range of design services to both public and private sector clients. The office's core competencies include demanding renovation projects, public buildings and urban planning. As part of the Solwers Group, aDT can help clients realise their ambitions through cross disciplinary expertise and the most advanced digital tools to reach the full potential of each project.

aDT's most recently completed projects are the Clarion Hotel and Congress Center in Helsinki, the Kuopio Art museum (invited competition 1st Prize) and the renovation and extension of the Wuorio House by Herman Gesellius. Ongoing projects include the design of the East-Pasila Circular Economy Block.
