Tervalampi Manor Rehabilitation Centre is a substance abuse treatment facility maintained by the City of Helsinki Social Services Department. The operation of the new building focuses on treatment for women. The construction site sits within the culturally and historically significant Tervalammi Manor, in the immediate vicinity of Nuuksio National Park. There is no valid town plan in the area.

The area was designated in the 1986 master plan as an area of public services and administration, whose culturally and historically valuable building stock shall be preserved. The building is a 1-storey wooden accommodation building. The building hosts living rooms for 15 people, office rooms, kitchen and living areas, a sauna department, sanitary facilities and storage facilities.
